Mythos: Ragnarok

This is the first and only theatre show in the world to use full contact fight scenes, and the only wrestling show ever to do a run at the world’s biggest arts festival: Edinburgh Fringe.

I wrote it to weave together my favourite myths into a brand new version of the creation and destruction of the ancient Norse cosmos, and introduce the world to the abilities and talents of professional wrestlers – outside of the context of wrestling.

The show is a high-impact dark comedy in which half-brothers Odin and Loki must overcome primordial giants, rival Gods and Goddesses, and their own ambitions – in their quest to seize power over the Nine Worlds.

It runs out of the Cockpit Theatre in London.

Wrestling

I started wrestling at 16 years old and continued, on and off, for the next 20 years. These days, I specialise in using professional wrestling within alternative contexts, stunts and screen action – and am at the forefront of combining the authenticity and impact of wrestling with the precision and craft required for film.

I’ve performed, choreographed and directed wrestling for corporate adverts (Barclaycard), TV shows (The Only Way Is Essex), feature films (Walk Like A Panther) and music videos (The Next Storm by Frank Turner). I also direct and perform in the only original theatre show in the world to professional wrestling for the fight scenes.

As a performer, I’ve worked on hundreds of wrestling shows and over 50 films, TV shows and other recorded media projects. As a competitive strongman, full time stunt performer and theatre director, I have a combination of athleticism, experience and creative flair that makes me useful as both a performer and consultant for stunt wrestling jobs.

I’ve been working in music videos since 2014, including Love Is Not Control by To Kill A King, Bleed by Never the Saint, Next Storm by Frank Turner, Distant Past by Everything Everything, Heart of the Matter by The Libertines, If I Can Stop You There by Common Engish Bastard, most recently, Will and The People‘s Money, which won Best Music Video at Cannes World Film Festival.

I have worked in stunts and combat performance on over 50 TV and film projects since 2014. I specialise in unarmed fighting, falls, melee combat and firearms and perform for the screen combat group, Britanico.

I trained, qualified and graduated with the London School of Lucha Libre and the British Action Academy, for whom I went on to instruct.
